My name is Marie Preitauer, and I want to be your PERSONAL guide through the Real Estate maze.
While I specialize in Boulder County, I can help you throughout the entire Colorado Front Range, including close-in Larimer and Weld Counties. I pride myself on being an honest, full-service Broker, and my goal is to simplify the process of buying and selling Real Estate. I will devote myself to making your Real Estate transaction as smooth as possible, helping you to avoid those "wrong turns" along the way.

As a fully-licensed agent in the state of Colorado, I can serve you in many ways. I can be an Exclusive Sellers Agent, an Exclusive Buyers Agent, or a Transaction Broker.
Seller Agency
A Sellers Agent is the person you put in charge of selling your home. As your Agent, I would handle all the marketing, including getting your home onto the MLS, into local publications, and in front of suitable buyers. I would handle all of the showings, solicit feedback, negotiate offers, and help you get under contract! From there, my job is to manage all the details that bring you to a successful close on the sale of your home!
Buyer Agency
As your Buyers Agent, I am your personal guide through the maze of Home-buying. From applying for your loan, to determining your housing needs and wants, to locating the house of your dreams, I will be there for you. Once we locate the house for you, I will help you determine a fair price, negotiate the terms, and get under contract. From there, my job turns to managing the transaction to closing. Then, you own a new home!!
